General Shipping Information

Our estimated shipping times are based on transit times and do not include order processing or manufacturing times. Typically, processing takes between 24 to 48 hours. If you need to update your address after your order has shipped, our team can assist you, but please note that any fees for address changes are the responsibility of the customer.

• Next Day Air: 1 to 2 business days*
  (For urgent deliveries, contact our sales team)
• Canada: 1 to 6 business days*
  (Transit times vary depending on customs clearance)
• Large Package Rate: 3 to 5 business days*

• Will Call - Customer Pickup: No shipping charges
  (Request this option if you'd prefer to pick up your order directly from our North Carolina warehouse)

*We process and ship orders from Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Most orders are dispatched from our North Carolina warehouse.

Freight & Oversize Shipments

For oversized shipments, we use Freight/LTL shipping, which is designed for commercially zoned properties. If you’re shipping to a non-commercial address, please note that additional charges may apply. When receiving freight shipments, carefully inspect the package for any damages and note exceptions on the receipt. If you require additional services such as a lift gate, these will incur extra fees charged by the freight carrier, payable by the customer.

Free Shipping Promotions

We’re proud to offer Free Shipping on eligible items within the contiguous 48 United States. If you’re located outside of this region, we’ll provide an accurate shipping quote upon request. Please note that some oversized or freight items may not be eligible for free shipping unless otherwise specified.

Canada Shipments
