Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of every part we sell. All products purchased through Truck To Trailer Parts are covered by a 12-month warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

• The 12-month warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the recipient.
• After the 12-month period expires, coverage for the part ends.

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear — regular aging of the part over time, including wear items like DPF filters, fuel filters and ribbed belts.
• Negligence or accidents — parts damaged in traffic accidents or through improper use.
• Fuel and exhaust issues — malfunctions caused by poor-quality or contaminated fuel.
• Careless repairs — parts damaged externally or technically through improper installation or repair.
• Environmental damage — corrosive substances, chemical emissions, road de-icing agents, or natural events such as hail or lightning.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please have the following ready:

1. Proof of purchase from Truck To Trailer Parts (order number or receipt).
2. A certified service station report confirming the work performed, plus a written conclusion on the malfunction.
3. Proof of payment for the workshop services that diagnosed or repaired the part.
