- Environmental Damage: Damage caused by industrial or chemical emissions, corrosive substances, bird droppings, plant sap, chemically active agents (including road de-icing chemicals), and natural phenomena such as hail or lightning.
- Operational Wear: Normal wear on parts like DPF filters, fuel filters, ribbed belts, and other similar components due to regular usage.
3. Warranty Claim Requirements:
To make a warranty claim, the following documentation is required:
- Proof of purchase of the spare part from Truck To Trailer Parts.
- A certified service station report confirming the type of work performed.
- A written conclusion on the malfunction of the spare part.
- Proof of payment for the workshop services that diagnosed or repaired the part.
